Iphone Configuration - U Mobile MMS & Internet Configuration

For those who own a Iphone & which is riding on U Mobile service, you would need to configure your phone for the data & MMS service to run properly

Assumptions:- Iphone 3G is unclock (e.g manage to use voice and SMS without problem)

Step 1: Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Network" > "Cellular Data"

Step 2: In the top section enter the "APN = my3G"

Step 3: In the MMS section, enther the following details

APN: my3g

Username:

Password:

MMSC: http://10.30.3.11/servlets/mms

MMS Proxy: 10.30.5.11:8080

Note:For MMS configuration, you would need to reboot the OS for it to functioning correctly.

For Data configuration, you can configure on the fly

Note: If you did not subscribe "unlimited" data configuration, remember to remove the APN data section after use or day expired to avoid any un-necessary high usage by the end of your bill cycle.

WWDC 2009 Round Up

The World Wide Developer Conference 2009 kick off at San Francisco morning (08 June 2009), Steve Jobs did no make any appareance in the keynote speech as many rumours ever since he went into medical level.

1. New Macbook Air & Pro - (highlight -13 inch Macbook Pro), better specs than the predecessor but price have been come down. Firewire port has been added in the range except for Macbook Air, SD card slot in MacBook Pro


2. OS X Snow Leopard - upgrade only USD29, rather than USD129 as before


3. Iphone 3G S(June 19 -US, July 2009 - Malaysia) - USD199 for 16GB, USD299 for 32GB for new customerd, some features like video recording and voice control are limited to the iPhone 3G S. Original Iphone3G 8GB on sale for USD99


4. OS 3.0 (June 17 - Worldwide) - Available free for existing iphone user(1st & 2nd generation), USD 9.95 for ipod touch user

Nokia N97 was first introduced at Nokia World Conference at Barcelona Spain. It is a part of N-series of Nokia family.
