Finally i got myself an Vodafone USB Huawei E220 Data Card. This small device allows me to connect to any HSDPA, Edge, GPRS network on Malaysia(Celcom, Maxis, Digi, Umobile).
This device has been make available on the market since August 2006. That time Malaysia operator network has not aggressive on UMTS connection & the bills to pay for it is steep. Recent months, competition among telco is strong, thus bringing down the subcription fees for mobile broadband.
Finally I got myself subcribe to the mobile broadband from one of the telco provider in Malaysia. Bought myself a Huawei E220 USB DataCard from a dealer. (If interested to get datacard off the market standard, do contact me).
